1. Agreement to Terms

By inviting Pomo to your Discord server or using its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the bot.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pomo for personal, non-commercial use on the Discord platform, subject to these Terms.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the bot.
• Spam commands intentionally to cause lag or service disruption.
• Use the bot for any illegal activities or to violate Discord's Terms of Service.
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantages in the XP/Garden system.

4. Availability & Disclaimer

Pomo is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Features may change, be removed, or be added without prior notice. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from server outages or database issues.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to blacklist any user or server from using Pomo at our sole discretion, particularly for violations of these Terms or Discord's Community Guidelines.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
